Product Manager / Development Manager – Digital Platform & APIs
Location: Epsom (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced Product Manager, Development Manager or Technical Delivery Leader looking for an opportunity to shape the future of a modern Digital Platform?
We're looking for someone who can combine product ownership, technical leadership and delivery management to drive the evolution of a growing Digital Platform and API capability. This is a strategic role where you'll own the product roadmap, work closely with senior stakeholders, lead a small technical team and help deliver innovative digital solutions across the business.
What you'll be doing
- Own the Digital Platform and API product roadmap.
- Prioritise the product backlog and drive delivery based on business value.
- Lead a small team of Solution Architects and manage external development partners.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define future platform capabilities.
- Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
- Influence platform strategy, architecture and technical direction.
- Ensure solutions align with security, governance and enterprise standards.

We're looking for someone with experience in:
- Product Management or Product Ownership within a technical environment.
- Managing software platforms, enterprise applications or digital products.
- APIs, integrations and modern application architectures.
- Agile delivery and product roadmaps.
- Technical stakeholder management.
- Leading technical teams or delivery partners.
- Working alongside architects, developers and business stakeholders.
