🚀 CUJO AI® is a leader in artificial intelligence solutions for network service providers. We use machine learning and real-world data to develop cybersecurity, device intelligence, and parental control solutions that make internet connections safer for millions of homes.

About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager, Device Intelligence to join our Product team. In this role, you will own the product roadmap and delivery for CUJO AI’s Device Intelligence (DI) product line — one of our core offerings for tier-1 Network Service Providers (NSPs) worldwide. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating market needs, competitive insights, and data-driven analysis into a clear product vision and actionable priorities for engineering teams. You will also champion the integration of AI and LLM-based capabilities to continuously raise the quality, coverage, and automation of device intelligence systems — working at the intersection of cutting-edge networking technology and practical product delivery. Location: This position is remote-friendly. While we ideally seek to fill the role in the UK, candidates based in other European countries will also be considered.

In This Role, You Will: Product Planning & Roadmap Ownership Own the Device Intelligence product roadmap and drive quarterly planning, setting and communicating priorities across our strategic themes. Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear priority frameworks aligned to business value, customer KPIs, and engineering capacity. Lead initiative definition through structured discovery cycles — scoping opportunities and progressing items from research through design to implementation. Contribute to release planning and set delivery expectations across sprint and quarterly cadences with engineering and delivery leads. Feature Definition & Technical Requirements Author detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), feature specifications, and acceptance criteria for DI capabilities. Serve as product owner across multiple engineering teams (Cloud, Firmware, Research, QA), providing direction and removing blockers to delivery. Define and validate LLM-assisted and AI-augmented product workflows, including automated feature extraction pipelines and data labelling tooling. Evaluate and define requirements for emerging networking standards relevant to device identification (Wi-Fi 7/MLO, Matter/Thread, mDNS, DHCP, HTTP User-Agent). Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management Act as the product contact for Device Intelligence for strategic Tier-1 NSP accounts, leading product reviews, roadmap and requirements alignment. Synthesize customer feedback and field data into actionable product improvements and updated feature priorities. Support Sales and Customer Success with competitive positioning, value proposition materials, and solution design for new accounts. Competitive Intelligence & Market Research Organize structured competitive analyses, benchmarking CUJO AI’s capabilities against market alternatives on accuracy, feature breadth, and commercial positioning. Monitor market trends, customer technology migrations (e.g. Wi-Fi 7, IoT protocol adoption), and evolving NSP requirements to keep the roadmap forward-looking. Cross-functional Collaboration & Agile Delivery Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring engineering teams have well-defined and prioritized work at all times. Actively resolve impediments impacting release or sprint goals; escalate blockers promptly with proposed mitigations. Maintain accurate product documentation — including quarterly plans, decision logs, and feature specifications.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
