Senior Product Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and improve InvestEngine’s public digital experience across our website, blog, campaign pages and first-visit-to-sign-up journey.
This is a key role for our next stage of growth. Today, our website needs stronger foundations: AI-enabled web infrastructure, better reusable components, a more integrated blog experience and a faster way for Marketing to launch high-quality pages and campaigns. We’re also preparing for a brand refresh, making this the right time to rethink how our website works as a scalable acquisition and customer experience platform.
You’ll report to the CPO and work closely with Marketing as your primary stakeholder. You’ll also have a dedicated squad of two engineers to help deliver the infrastructure needed in the first 12 months. This should include the right CMS or content tooling, AI-assisted publishing workflows, reusable components, structured content and campaign page automation. After that, your focus will shift towards ongoing optimisation of the website experience, content journeys, GEO performance and conversion from first visit to sign-up.
What you’ll do
- Own the product roadmap for InvestEngine’s public website and digital experience.
- Lead the selection and implementation of the right content infrastructure, whether that is CMS, headless CMS, AI content tooling, page-building workflows or a combination of these.
- Build an AI-first operating model for the website, using AI to accelerate content creation, page production, testing, compliance sign off and optimisation.
- Improve the structure, navigation and usability of the website.
- Bring the blog into the wider website and acquisition strategy.
- Improve the website for both SEO and GEO, ensuring InvestEngine content is structured, authoritative and easy for AI search and answer engines to understand.
- Support the brand refresh across the public website experience.
- Own and improve the journey from first website visit through to sign-up.
- Work with Marketing, Brand, Design, Analytics and Engineering to prioritise the highest-impact opportunities.
- Use data to understand traffic, landing page performance, content journeys and funnel conversion.
- Create safe, governed workflows where Marketing can use AI to produce and update web content quickly, while maintaining quality, compliance and brand consistency.
- Run structured tests and improvements across key web journeys.
- Manage the backlog for a dedicated two-engineer squad.
- Ensure the website experience remains clear, compliant and trustworthy for customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
