  • Monitor relevant competitive and industry developments and incorporate applicable insights into product decisions.
  • Consider factors such as performance, responsive design, accessibility, compatibility, and potential client impact when evaluating product changes.

Client Discovery and Research

  • Gather client insights from support interactions, community discussions, reviews, feature requests, client conversations, and product data.
  • Participate in client interviews, usability testing, feedback sessions, prototypes, beta programs, and other validation activities as appropriate.
  • Identify recurring client needs and use evidence to inform product recommendations and priorities.

Product Development and Release

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design throughout development to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and maintain alignment.
  • Participate in relevant planning, refinement, review, and retrospective activities.
  • Support release readiness, including acceptance testing, compatibility considerations, documentation, release notes, and support communications.
  • Evaluate product performance after release and recommend improvements based on available data and client feedback.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
