PRODUCT MANAGER
BARNSLEY - HYBRID
UP TO £45,000 (Negotiable DOE) + COMPANY CAR + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are working exclusively with a reputable and growing business who are looking for a Product Manager to join their team and play a key role in the ongoing development and improvement of their products.
This is a varied and highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with customers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn ideas and feedback into practical solutions.
You'll take ownership of key areas of the product, helping to shape priorities, improve the customer experience, and ensure new features and enhancements deliver genuine value.
We're keen to hear from candidates with strong product, business analysis, or product development experience. You could currently be working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Product Lead, Product Specialist, Product Consultant, Product Development Manager, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
THE ROLE:
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial research and planning through to delivery and continuous improvement
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and ways of working
- Gather and analyze customer and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvements and new features
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear, actionable plans for internal teams
- Work collaboratively with different teams across the business to successfully deliver product improvements
- Help prioritize new features, improvements, and ongoing development activity
- Review product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for further improvement
- Contribute to product roadmap planning and communicate upcoming developments to key stakeholders
- Identify new ideas and opportunities that could improve the customer experience and add business value
- Keep up to date with relevant market trends and developments

THE PERSON:
- Previous experience within Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Development, or a similar role
- Experience working with products, services, or solutions within a B2B environment would be beneficial
- Strong experience gathering requirements and understanding customer or user needs
- Able to take complex requirements or business challenges and turn them into clear, practical solutions
- A proactive and innovative approach, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and introduce new ideas
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Confident using AI tools to improve productivity and ways of working
- Willingness to occasionally travel to meet customers
