About The Role
DOSH is an ambitious consumer fintech and e-money proposition helping people manage their money through simple, accessible financial services.
We're entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a Product Manager who wants to do more than manage a roadmap. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a fintech business.
The Opportunity
As Product Manager, you'll own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for DOSH, working closely with colleagues across IT, Operations, Compliance, Financial Crime, Marketing, and Customer Support.
You'll combine customer insight, commercial thinking, and data-driven decision making to shape what we build, where we invest, and how we grow.
This is a rare opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing fintech where you'll have real ownership and influence.
Please note that this primarily an office-based role worked from both our Hereford and Cheltenham Offices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the DOSH product roadmap and direction.
- Solve real customer problems and create valuable experiences.
- Identify growth opportunities through insight, data, and experimentation.
- Lead products and features from concept to launch.
- Work across technology, operations, compliance, and marketing to deliver results.
- Help shape the future of a growing fintech business.
About You
What We are Looking For
- You'll have product management experience within fintech, banking, payments, or financial services and a track record of delivering customer-facing digital products.
- You'll be someone who is commercially minded, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- You'll enjoy solving problems, challenging assumptions, and turning ideas into action.
- Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, moves with pace, and focuses on outcomes rather than activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
