Aristocrat is seeking a dedicated Product Manager - Social (Digital Strategy Team) to help manage our Social business channel and be part of our ambitious team! As a world leader in gaming content and technology, we are committed to bringing happiness to life through the power of play. What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the product slot vision and strategy within our Social business
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement product initiatives.
- Conduct market research to determine customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prioritize features and improvements to deliver world-class user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, build, and marketing teams to ensure flawless product launches.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data.
- Build and present compelling product proposals to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.
- Drive product adoption through effective communication and training.
- Analyze and report on important data to measure product success.
- Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with 5+ years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's or equivalent experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex products.
- Ability to strictly prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the industry.
