Product Manager – Medical Devices (UK, Acute & Homecare)

UK-wide | £65–75K Base + Bonus + Car + Full Package

Are you an experienced medical device professional with the clinical credibility, commercial understanding and marketing capability to shape how an international product portfolio is positioned within the UK healthcare market?

We’re working with an internationally established medical devices organisation, as it continues to develop its UK strategy across the acute hospital and homecare markets.

The Opportunity

This is a high-profile opportunity for a commercially minded Product Manager to take international strategy and marketing resources and turn them into relevant, compelling UK messaging that resonates with NHS and private healthcare customers.

This is a broad, influential Product Management role combining UK marketing strategy, clinical engagement and commercial support. You’ll act as the key link between the international organisation and the UK market—understanding global product strategy and translating it into messaging, materials and commercial tools that work for UK customers.

Working closely with the sales team, you’ll become the UK product expert and commercial resource, helping to drive high-level sales opportunities, customer engagement and product promotion across acute hospitals, homecare pathways and the wider NHS and private hospital market.

A major part of the role will be developing KOL and advocacy networks, building clinical credibility around the portfolio and ensuring that both customers and internal colleagues have the clinical knowledge and confidence to communicate the value of the products effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Translating international product and marketing strategy into relevant UK market positioning and messaging
  • Developing and adapting marketing materials, sales tools and product resources for the UK audience
  • Acting as the senior product resource for the UK sales team, supporting high-level opportunities and commercial promotion
  • Working closely with sales to identify market opportunities, develop propositions and strengthen customer engagement
  • Building and developing KOL, clinical expert and advocacy networks across the UK
  • Establishing strong relationships with key clinical and commercial stakeholders within NHS and private hospitals
  • Driving clinical knowledge and understanding of the product portfolio across customers and internal colleagues
  • Supporting customer-facing education, product training and clinical presentations
  • Working with international marketing and product teams to bring UK market insight back into the wider organisation
  • Supporting the development of UK-specific campaigns, launches and commercial initiatives
  • Identifying market trends, customer needs and competitive activity and using these insights to inform UK strategy
  • Providing the sales organisation with credible clinical, technical and value-based product messaging
  • Supporting major customer meetings, tenders, product evaluations and strategic commercial opportunities where appropriate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
