Description & Requirements

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

Tracab is part of EA SPORTS and develops advanced tracking, data, and 3D visualization technology used across professional sports and interactive entertainment.

We are looking for a Product Manager who combines strong product management capabilities with deep expertise in elite football. You will work directly with EA Sports internal teams, leagues, and partner clubs to identify problems worth solving across the professional game and translate them into products that create meaningful customer and commercial value.

This role sits at the intersection of elite football, EA SPORTS technology and EA SPORTS FC, identifying opportunities to turn data and capabilities into new products and experiences. Recent work such as Project Assist, combining volumetric tracking data with EA SPORTS technology to reconstruct live football moments in a fully animated environment, illustrates the type of opportunity this ecosystem can unlock.

Responsibilities

  • Identify meaningful pain points, unmet needs, and emerging opportunities across elite football and translate them into high-value product opportunities for Tracab.
  • Use deep tactical, coaching, and performance-analysis expertise with leagues and partner teams to understand professional workflows and bring high-quality domain insight into product discovery.
  • Identify opportunities across Tracab’s broader football product and data portfolio where EA SPORTS capabilities can create new or differentiated customer value.
  • Shape clear product propositions by defining the target user, problem to solve, value created, and why Tracab or EA SPORTS is well positioned to address it.
  • Own product initiatives from discovery and validation through prioritization, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, computer vision, machine learning, analytics, design, research, commercial teams, and other EA SPORTS stakeholders to shape solutions, manage trade-offs, and bring high-quality products to market.
  • Partner with commercial and business development teams to identify where new or improved products can strengthen Tracab’s proposition to clubs, leagues, broadcasters, and other partners.
  • Use customer feedback, product data, market insight, prototypes, and experiments to validate opportunities, measure success, and continuously improve products.
  • Use your elite-football expertise to add credibility and insight in customer discussions, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
