As a Vice President, Platform Product Manager in Employee Experience, you will define and execute the strategy for core platform capabilities that enable product teams to deliver value faster, more consistently, and at greater scale. You will lead platform product initiatives spanning shared services, integration capabilities, AI enablement, developer experience, governance, and operational excellence.
Working across engineering, design, data, architecture, and business stakeholders, you will help shape the future of Employee Experience technology platforms while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, reusable, and aligned to strategic business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Platform Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Employee Experience platform capabilities, aligned with organizational priorities and long-term technology objectives.
- Product Leadership: Own platform roadmaps, investment priorities, and product outcomes across shared capabilities, services, and reusable components.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with product teams, engineering leaders, architecture, design, data, and business stakeholders to identify platform needs and opportunities for reuse and standardization.
- AI and Innovation Enablement: Evaluate and drive adoption of emerging capabilities, including AI-powered experiences, platform accelerators, automation frameworks, and developer productivity tools.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish success measures and use adoption, operational, customer feedback, and product performance data to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Drive platform reliability, scalability, governance, risk management, and lifecycle planning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor product professionals and contribute to a culture of collaboration, experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Executive Communication: Present strategy, roadmaps, investment recommendations, risks, and business outcomes to senior leaders and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in product management with ownership of technology platforms, enterprise products, or large-scale digital capabilities.
- Strong understanding of product operating models, agile delivery methods, and the software development life cycle.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering, architecture, design, data, and control organizations.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and translate vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Experience balancing competing stakeholder priorities within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, written communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
- Experience with platform ecosystems, APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, or developer-facing products.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Previous experience in a hands-on technology (SWE, SRE, etc) role
- Experience with employee-facing technology platforms or enterprise productivity solutions.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled products, platform modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing platform adoption strategies and supporting organizational change.
