Join us to redefine the future of on-demand delivery. To do this, we're building a world-class Finance Engineering (FinEng) organization across all global markets we support at DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt. in which each of our product managers plays a critical role in helping to define and execute our vision to move money accurately and at scale across every market we operate in and ensure finance and accounting compliance. As we grow, billions of dollars in money movements flow through our platform every year and our team makes sure every one of them is understood, trusted, and correctly reflected in the financial books.

About the Role

Product Managers on the Finance Engineering team need a systems-oriented mindset, platform thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This is an opportunity to reshape modern accounting by applying AI to reconciliation, investigations, and incident detection and mitigation. Your products will form a critical part of the company’s financial infrastructure and help earn the confidence of leadership, auditors, and regulators.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Drive the product definition, strategy, and long-term vision for accounting automation. You own the roadmap
  • Build systems that track billion-dollar-level money movements across the entire company and automatically convert them into accurate accounting entries
  • Reinvent and accelerate the accounting close process, reducing manual effort and shortening close timelines
  • Champion AI-driven approaches to transform close reconciliation, financial investigations, and incident detection and mitigation
  • Partner with FinEng, Accounting, and Finance leaders to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into scalable, automated products
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, accountants, and operators
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to key stakeholders including the leadership team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
