The Role & Responsibilities

Shawbrook is a specialist bank built to power ingenuity in financial services. We combine human expertise with smart technology to deliver tailored solutions, and we're growing our Retail Savings team to accelerate change across our digital banking journeys.

We're hiring a Product Manager to help shape and deliver change across the Retail Savings lifecycle. You'll work across different parts of the journey depending on business priorities leading discovery, defining requirements, guiding delivery, and improving experiences for brokers and customers. It's a varied role with meaningful responsibility and plenty of opportunity to influence outcomes.

What you will be doing?

  • Lead discovery and delivery for initiatives across the Retail Savings journey, including originations, retention, online banking, and colleague experience
  • Identify customer and operational needs, and turn insights into clear problem statements and opportunities
  • Safely deliver regulatory change
  • Translate opportunities into well-defined requirements, user stories, and prioritised backlogs
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to shape solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Break down complex workflows into simple, intuitive digital experiences
  • Work with stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Legal, and Pricing to ensure solutions land smoothly
  • Use data to understand performance and drive continuous improvement

The Person

  • Strong product management experience across the full lifecycle, from discovery through delivery
  • Experience within financial services
  • Ability to simplify complexity and design customer-centred solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and priorities
  • A curious, collaborative, outcome-driven mindset
  • A track record of using AI to improve journeys and ways of working
