As our Product Manager - Fraud, Payments & Compliance, you'll lead the development of our fraud and payments strategy, helping protect customers, optimise payment journeys, and drive innovation across our omni-channel business.
Working closely with internal teams and strategic partners, you'll balance customer experience, compliance, and risk management, ensuring we stay ahead of emerging threats while supporting responsible gaming and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
Own the Fraud & Payments Roadmap
- Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for fraud, payments, and customer protection.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, payment performance, and fraud controls.
- Drive initiatives that reduce operational risk while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Lead Operational Excellence
- Manage the relationship with our outsourced fraud and payments partner, PTMS.
- Monitor service levels, customer outcomes, fraud trends, and operational performance.
- Ensure effective governance and oversight of activities delivered on behalf of Buzz Bingo.
- Use insight and data to continuously improve controls and processes.

Protect Customers and the Business
- Review fraud losses, chargebacks, bonus abuse trends, and emerging risks.
- Optimise fraud rules, customer verification processes, and risk management strategies.
- Lead investigations into significant fraud incidents and implement preventative actions.
- Support initiatives relating to AML, Responsible Gambling, and financial crime prevention.
Drive Innovation
- Review and assess fraud, payment, and behavioural monitoring technologies.
- Evaluate new suppliers, tools, and partnerships to strengthen our capabilities.
- Recommend innovative solutions that improve fraud detection, customer verification, and operational efficiency.
- Benchmark Buzz Bingo against industry best practice and competitor activity.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery.
You'll likely have:
- 3-5+ years' experience in Fraud, Payments, Risk, Product Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience within Gambling or iGaming (highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, acquiring, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, affordability, and responsible gambling requirements.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and operational partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
- Experience evaluating technology vendors and building business cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to balance customer experience, commercial outcomes, and risk management.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Knowledge of UKGC and wider gambling regulatory requirements.
- Experience with behavioural monitoring tools such as BetBuddy.
- Exposure to bonus abuse management and mitigation strategies.
- Experience working across both digital and retail customer environments.
