Your Next Challenge

In this role you will own the FX and Risk Management Product set, translating product strategy into delivered capabilities and measurable customer, operational and commercial outcomes. Product responsibilities encompass a broad range of existing and future products including transactional FX, spot and forward FX, foreign exchange risk management solutions, hedging capabilities, FX pricing and execution, partner and white-label capabilities, API-enabled services and digital/fiat currency conversions and associated operational enablement.

Working across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk and Compliance teams, you will lead discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch and continuous improvement activities, ensuring investment is focused on solving meaningful customer and business problems and creating sustainable value. The product group is in the process of evolving its responsibilities, but the end state is expected to combine hands-on product delivery ownership with broader product management responsibilities, requiring strong stakeholder leadership, commercial awareness, sound judgement and accountability for end-to-end product outcomes. Operating within a highly regulated and client-critical environment, you will balance strategic intent with day-to-day execution, ensuring solutions are viable, usable, feasible and valuable while supporting Moneycorp’s growth ambitions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
