We are now looking for a Product Manager, Graphics to join our UPM Adhesive Materials, Graphics organization.

What you will do

  • Define and develop the product and service offering for your area of responsibility based on market needs, customer insights and business objectives
  • Gather and analyze market, customer and competitor information to support product strategy, portfolio decisions and business growth
  • Own product value propositions, specifications and compliance requirements, ensuring the right products are available in each category
  • Lead the business side of the new product development process and support successful product launches and lifecycle management decisions
  • Conduct pricing research and analysis to support product positioning, profitability and commercial decision-making
  • Manage product portfolio performance, including margin development, product introductions and product discontinuations
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, manufacturing, supply chain, technical support and PD&I to align priorities and execute plans
  • Support regional and country sales plans, contribute to segment strategy execution and provide input to MSC and other key business processes

Who You are

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field, or you have gained relevant expertise through your experience
  • You have a good understanding of the graphics distributor market, competitor landscape and graphic materials
  • You understand marketing principles and have experience in developing value propositions that support business growth
  • You are motivated to learn, develop and drive continuous improvement
  • You have good project management skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities
  • You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders in an international matrix organization
  • You use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making and deliver results
  • You speak English fluently, other languages are considered an asset
