Please be aware that only applicants with solid experience in the car manufacturing industry will be considered. This job requires working onsite at Chiswick Park London, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing vehicle models and automotive services.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, pricing strategies, and positioning.
  • Define target customer segments and create value propositions tailored to retail and fleet customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Networks, and After-Sales teams to align product strategies with revenue goals.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools, including training materials, product guides, and playbooks.
  • Track and analyse launch performance, sales data, and customer feedback, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget execution of GTM initiatives.

  • Ideally 10 years’ experience working within an OEM.
  • Ideally 3 years’ experience working in tactical campaign area and have good performance in promoting cars.
  • Strong understanding of retail consumer finance essential.
  • With experience across some of the core responsibilities.
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or qualification.
  • Strong sales target driven and entrepreneurial spirit with good business acumen.
