About Acacia

Acacia Green Technologies develops and delivers connected technology for hotels and other complex buildings. Our work brings together hospitality television and guest experience platforms, Omada managed networking, IoT sensors, energy and environmental monitoring, building controls, systems integration and data-led services. We operate in a practical, fast-moving environment where technology must work reliably with real properties, devices, partners and customer operations.

The role

This Product Manager will be the working interface between software engineering, sales, marketing, customers and strategic suppliers. The role combines product ownership with sales enablement, AI-assisted demand generation, digital content and partner management. It suits someone who can move comfortably from a roadmap discussion to a sales tool, a supplier meeting or a campaign workflow—and who is energised by winning business.

Role mission Turn Acacia’s technology and market insight into clearly positioned products, useful sales tools, focused delivery priorities and measurable commercial momentum.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and maintain product direction, priorities and roadmaps across Acacia360, Acacia environmental sensing, Omada managed networking and related hospitality technology solutions.
  • Translate sales, customer and supplier input into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and release priorities for the software team.
  • Keep engineering and commercial teams aligned on scope, dependencies, timing, customer commitments and release readiness.
  • Create and maintain the information and tools the sales team needs: value propositions, product sheets, presentations, demonstrations, use cases, pricing inputs, FAQs, competitor insight and proposal content.
  • Own the AI-supported SDR workflow using n8n with HubSpot, Apollo and Bland AI, including segmentation, enrichment, routing, sequences, calling logic, governance and performance optimisation.
  • Maintain CRM discipline in HubSpot and use Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support accurate targeting, pipeline development and account intelligence.
  • Plan and manage Acacia’s LinkedIn presence and wider social content, turning projects, product developments and partner activity into credible market stories.
  • Keep the company website current using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring product claims, case studies, calls to action and campaign pages remain accurate and commercially useful.
  • Manage productive working relationships with key suppliers and technology partners including LG, Omada, Carlo Gavazzi, B Meters and Milesight; coordinate technical, commercial and marketing inputs.
  • Track market developments in hotels, guest technology, managed networking and Wi-Fi, building controls, energy, air quality and ESG, then convert useful insight into product or campaign action.
  • Support launches, demonstrations, customer discovery, proposals and strategic opportunities, including occasional client or industry events.
  • Define and report product and go-to-market measures, learning from product usage, sales feedback, campaign performance and win or loss evidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
