Description

At Veriforce, we help companies in high-risk industries keep their people, worksites, and supply chains safe and compliant. As a global leader in contractor and supply chain risk management, our SaaS platform simplifies contractor onboarding, credentialing, and compliance while providing powerful analytics and insights. Beyond software, we offer expert support, training, and consulting so our clients can operate with confidence.

Together, we’re making workplaces safer every day.

The Product Manager for SafeSuite will own the product direction, roadmap, backlog, delivery, and go-to-market for SafeSuite as the go-forward strategic platform for Veriforce UK. The role will focus on turning SafeSuite into the core questionnaire and workflow platform that supports SafeSupplier, SafePlanet and the phased migration of SafeContractor question sets, including BSA, Sustainability, and Health & Safety.

This is a Full Stack Product Manager role, aligned to the Veriforce Product Manager model. The Product Manager will be accountable for SafeSuite outcomes end to end, from understanding the customer, operational and commercial problem through to shaping the roadmap, prioritising investment, working with Engineering and UX through delivery, and ensuring releases create measurable value after launch.

For SafeSuite, this means staying close to the contractor, client, TSO, auditor and internal user journeys, while working as an equal partner with Engineering, UX, Architecture, Operations and Enterprise Applications to turn strategic product intent into scalable platform capability. The role should reduce handoffs, increase clarity of ownership, and ensure product decisions are grounded in evidence, business outcomes and operational impact.

The role will not replace the ownership of the existing SafeSupplier Product Manager, SafeContractor Product Manager, SCCP Product Manager, or Enterprise Applications team, but will work tightly with them to ensure SafeSuite becomes a scalable, reusable platform model that supports their propositions, journeys, and operational workflows.

Success in the role will be measured by whether SafeSuite becomes a reusable, trusted and scalable platform that improves the contractor, client, TSO, auditor and internal operational experience, supports UK product strategy, and reduces rework, manual touch and platform fragmentation.

What that means day to day

SafeSuite product ownership

  • Own the SafeSuite roadmap, backlog, and quarterly delivery priorities, ensuring the platform supports both current product needs and longer-term UK platform consolidation.
  • Own the what and the why for SafeSuite, partnering with the Engineering Lead on the how and sharing accountability for sprint outcomes, with no handoff between discovery, requirements, delivery and launch.
  • Operate as a Full Stack Product Manager, owning outcomes end to end from strategy, discovery and problem definition through backlog ownership, delivery, go-to-market, measurement and post-release iteration.
  • Run discovery cycles directly, including customer conversations, operational observation, internal stakeholder input, data analysis and synthesis into clear problem statements.
  • Translate business, operational, client, contractor and market needs into clear product requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics, validating problems before scoping solutions.
  • Ensure SafeSuite is developed as a reusable platform capability rather than as a set of one-off product-specific implementations, avoiding the recreation of legacy question sets or workflows where better future-state approaches are possible.
  • Tie SafeSuite features and platform investment to clear business outcomes, customer outcomes, operational outcomes and UK product strategy, using data and measurement to assess whether releases have worked.
  • Apply a consistent prioritisation approach, declining or sequencing work with clear reasoning where it does not align to the highest-value outcome.
  • Use design fluency, technical fluency, data, customer insight and AI-enabled ways of working to reduce handoffs, improve requirements quality, accelerate validation and increase accountability at squad level.
  • Engage confidently in technical trade-off discussions with Engineering and Architecture, including workflow logic, data models, integrations, APIs, dependencies, estimates and delivery risk.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Questionnaire platform ownership

  • Own SafeSuite’s questionnaire engine as a strategic platform capability, not just a migration destination.
  • Define the problems, outcomes and success measures for question set configuration, versioning, scoring, visibility logic and reusable rules-based capability.
  • Partner with SafeSupplier and other Product Managers to create a scalable model for new propositions, revised propositions, worker-level compliance and deeper verification.
  • Challenge legacy workflows, validate the right future-state approach, and avoid rebuilding product-specific logic where reusable platform capability is needed.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Architecture to ensure questionnaire capability is scalable, configurable, measurable and aligned to wider platform strategy.

SafeContractor migration partnership

  • Work with the SafeContractor Product Manager to shape the phased migration of SafeContractor question sets into SafeSuite, starting with BSA, Sustainability and Health & Safety.
  • Ground migration decisions in contractor, client, TSO, audit and operational problems, avoiding a simple lift-and-shift of legacy question sets.
  • Partner across SafeContractor, SCCP, Operations, UX and Engineering to ensure migrated question sets improve experience, speed, throughput, manual touch, rework and customer value.

UX And Customer Experience

  • Partner with UX and Design to shape intuitive, accessible SafeSuite experiences aligned to Veriforce brand standards and future UX patterns.
  • Use customer insight, workflow understanding and structured design critique to challenge legacy journeys and reduce ambiguity before build.
  • Validate key workflow and experience decisions with customers, operations and data so SafeSuite improves the contractor and client journey across the UK product estate.

Partner with UK Dynamics Lead

  • Work with Enterprise Applications and the UK Dynamics Lead to shape SafeSuite dependencies across workflows, case creation, status management, operational handoffs and reporting.
  • Own the SafeSuite product vision, roadmap priorities, customer outcomes and business objectives for roadmap items with Dynamics dependencies, while partnering on feasibility, sizing, risks and readiness before build.

Delivery and execution

  • Own delivery end to end, from discovery and prioritisation through release readiness, go-to-market, adoption and iteration.
  • Break work into shippable increments, removing ambiguity so Engineering, UX and QA can deliver value at pace.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX and Architecture to manage scope, trade-offs, dependencies, quality and delivery risk.
