Senior Product Manager β Payments

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a major payments programme within a large, complex banking environment. This is a delivery-focused role sitting at the intersection of Product, Technology and Business. You will own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of strategic payment capabilities, working closely with architecture and engineering teams to ensure technical solutions deliver the right customer and business outcomes.

π― What You'll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end product delivery across the assigned portfolio
- Review and constructively challenge proposed technical solutions from a product perspective
- Ensure technical designs align with customer and business outcomes
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Architecture, Engineering and Business teams
- Manage technical dependencies, risks, decisions and delivery blockers
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery
- Work closely with agile technical teams, with some potential overlap into Product Owner responsibilities
π What We're Looking For
- Strong Product Management experience within payments, banking or financial services
- Demonstrable payments delivery experience
- Working knowledge of payment flows, integrations and technical delivery processes
- Experience with digital wallets, tokenisation, wearable payments and/or subscription management is highly desirable
- Comfortable engaging with architects and engineers and challenging technical decisions where appropriate
- Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Business and Technology
- Experience operating within a large, complex banking environment
- Structured, analytical and delivery-focused approach
