About Tigris

Logistics still runs on emails, Excel and phone calls. Every company in the logistics chain keeps its own version of the truth, and billions of dollars move on data nobody can fully trust.

That's about to change!

Tigris connects all those scattered systems into one live picture of vessels, cargo and schedules, so every company in the chain can work from data it can trust. On top of that, AI agents read the documents, watch the ships, predict what's coming and make the calls people still make by hand today. It's a mix of AI, data and real-world operations that almost nobody is building yet.

We're starting in maritime, the hardest place to get it right, and building it for any company to run on. If you want to build something that doesn't exist yet, this is the place.

Why we're hiring now

After three years of building, Tigris is live with its first customer and has a growing pipeline of logistics businesses behind it. We're a small, hands-on team in the City of London, and we're now hiring the people who will turn a working platform into a scaling business. This is our first Product Manager, so you'll join early enough to shape how product works here, not just execute inside it.

The role

We have a powerful platform, a live customer, and a large market that already knows it has this problem. What we need now is someone to own what we build and why.

As our Product Manager, you'll turn customer needs and the company's vision into a prioritised product roadmap, clear requirements and measurable outcomes. It's a commercially minded product role inside a technical company: you'll spend as much time with customers and operators as with engineers, working out how logistics businesses really run, where our building blocks create the most leverage, and what earns a place on the roadmap.

You'll work closely with our COO and our Industry Engagement & Strategic Partnership Lead, who lead our customer relationships and industry network; our CTO, who owns the technical roadmap and architecture; and a Technical Program Manager who drives delivery. You own the what and the why; engineering owns how it's built.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

  • Own the product roadmap and its milestones, deciding what we build next, what we leave out, and why, aligned with the technical roadmap our engineering team owns
  • Own backlog prioritisation, deciding what the team works on first, with the Technical Program Manager running sequencing and delivery
  • Talk to customers, prospects and operators on an ongoing basis, alongside our COO and Industry Engagement & Strategic Partnership Lead, to learn how their workflows really run, what holds them back and what they'd pay for
  • Turn what you hear into clear product opportunities, each with a defined problem, user and measure of success
  • Write product requirements and user stories that give engineering clear intent and leave them room to design the solution
  • Define the scope of each feature as part of the requirements, and agree it with engineering so everyone knows what's in and out before work starts
  • Partner with our UI/UX designer to shape flows and interfaces that make complex system capabilities easy to use
  • Own user acceptance testing (UAT): set the acceptance criteria, run testing with customers and users, and sign off that delivered work solves the problem it was built for
  • Work hand in hand with engineering and our Technical Program Manager to keep scope, feasibility and delivery honest with each other. They own the architecture, sequencing, triage and release; you own intent, UAT and acceptance
  • Lead the research on pricing, packaging and positioning for the modules you own, and make the recommendation
  • Run POCs and lightweight pilots from start to finish, leading the customer side while engineering leads any integration or deployment work
  • Own demos and customer workshops, delivered with our Industry Expert, and feed what you learn straight back into the roadmap
  • Define and track the metrics that show whether what we shipped worked: adoption, retention and operational impact
  • Lead launches end to end, from internal enablement to customer-facing documentation

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Product Manager on a technical B2B product, ideally one sold to operators rather than consumers
  • A track record of taking products from an ambiguous problem space to shipped, adopted software
  • Strong written communication: you create clarity, and you can make a case on paper
  • Technical fluency: you don't need to write code, but you're comfortable discussing APIs, data models and system architecture with engineers
  • Real customer curiosity: you go and find out rather than assume, and you're as comfortable in ports, warehouses and control rooms as on calls
  • Commercial instinct: you understand how the product makes money and design for it
  • Comfort making decisions with incomplete information, and changing them when the evidence says so
  • The ability to influence without authority across engineering, design, leadership and customers

Nice to have (but not essential)

  • Background in logistics, supply chain, freight, maritime or operations technology
  • Experience with platform or infrastructure products where the customer builds on top of you
  • Exposure to data-heavy or algorithm-driven products (graph data, predictions, anomaly detection)
  • Experience in an early-stage company where you built the product function
  • A technical background (engineering, data or similar)

Why join us

  • Real ownership. Every role here makes an impact. As our first standalone Product Manager, you'll define the product function and shape how we work.
  • A hard, unsolved problem. We're not building a feature. We're building infrastructure that an entire industry can run on.
  • Close to leadership. A small, hands-on team with direct access to leadership: your work is visible, and so is your impact.
  • AI-native from day one. We use the best AI tools every day, so a small team can move fast and ship in weeks, not quarters.

Compensation & benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Private health & dental cover
  • 25 days' holiday
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Best-in-class hardware
  • Extensive perks, including WeWork office benefits and regular team building
