Product Manager II

We are looking for a Product Manager II to help shape and scale the personalisation platform that powers relevant experiences for travellers across the customer journey.

In this role, you will focus on one of personalisation’s most important challenges: helping the business make useful, timely decisions when we know little or nothing about a traveller. You will lead platform product for experiences serving cold-start, new, and anonymous travellers—using context, intent, behavioural signals, experimentation, and machine-learning capabilities to create relevance from the first interaction.

You will partner closely with engineering, data science, design, analytics, marketing, and customer-facing product teams to turn platform capabilities into measurable traveller and business outcomes. This is a hands-on product role for someone who can move between customer problems, technical trade-offs, and delivery details.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and communicate the product priorities and roadmap for personalisation capabilities serving cold-start, new, and anonymous travelers
  • Translate traveller and business needs into clear platform requirements, product narratives, success measures, and prioritised backlogs
  • Partner with engineering and data science on contextual personalisation, identity resolution, feature generation, model serving, and decisioning
  • Collaborate with product teams to make shared personalisation capabilities easy to adopt, test, understand, and measure
  • Lead discovery and experimentation, including hypothesis development, test design, rollout planning, and interpretation of results
  • Make thoughtful trade-offs across traveller value, business objectives, privacy, fairness, explainability, operational complexity, latency, and platform scalability

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience shipping ML products or platform capabilities in a product management role
  • Strong product judgment and can frame ambiguous problems, identify high-value opportunities, and make pragmatic decisions
  • You are comfortable working with technical teams on application programming interfaces, data flows, event instrumentation, model inputs and outputs, experimentation systems, or other platform concepts
  • Experience defining measurable outcomes and using quantitative and qualitative evidence to guide product decisions
  • You are customer-centred and curious about how travelers discover, compare, and choose travel products
  • You communicate clearly and can influence partners across engineering, data science, design, analytics, and business teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
