Role Description

We’re Hiring: Product Manager, based in Bury St Edmunds | Full-Time

Due to continued growth and expansion, Robinson Young is looking for a commercially driven Product Development & Brand Manager to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most recognised Health & Beauty and household brands — helping shape product strategy, drive innovation, and bring new products to market across major retail, wholesale, pharmacy and e-commerce channels.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on:

  • Building strong supplier and partner relationships
  • Spotting trends and identifying market opportunities
  • Analysing data and turning insight into action
  • Managing products from concept to shelf
  • Working collaboratively across sales, marketing and commercial teams

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Supplier relationship management and brand partnerships
  • Product and lifecycle management
  • Market, sales and competitor data analysis
  • Identifying growth opportunities across categories and channels
  • Supporting new product launches and retail activation
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have experience of product reviews or FMCG marketing, alongside strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and relationship-building skills.

Salary: circa £40,000 + bonus

Experience within Health & Beauty, household or wider FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous.
