Digital Product Manager - Data Platforms/AI

Manchester or London - hybrid/flexible working

We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager, ideally with expertise in working with data platforms, AI, and Healthtech.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining the strategy and roadmap for their digital product squad, in collaboration with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, ensuring it aligns with both user needs and business objectives
  • Leading a multi-disciplined digital product squad to deliver technical solutions and excellent digital customer journeys
  • Working with business and technical leads to build and shape the digital roadmap and backlog, delivering value to the business and customers
  • Understanding the customer journey to uncover, test, prioritise and deliver customer-centric solutions that delight customers within a Product Operating Model

Skills and experience:

  • Digital product management experience with demonstrated ability to lead digital teams from concept through product discovery, validation, and delivery
  • Good understanding of user-centred design, the software development lifecycle, and expertise in working in agile methodologies within complex environments
  • Solid stakeholder management experience and strong communicator who is able to articulate and drive the product roadmap and outcomes
  • Deep understanding of measuring and optimising customer journeys and features through data insights
