If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you to join our team as Product Manager – Quantum Technologies.
In this influential role, you will shape the future direction of our quantum technology portfolio, working at the intersection of science, engineering, marketing, and business development. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, understanding emerging research trends, and ensuring our products continue to meet the evolving needs of customers across academia, research institutions, and industry.
As the product champion for our quantum technology portfolio, you will define and execute the market strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market plans for both existing and future product lines. By combining customer insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis, you will help drive growth and strengthen our position as a leading supplier to the quantum technology sector.
Working closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and senior leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions. You will help create impactful marketing campaigns, technical communications, and product positioning that generate excitement around our current solutions, including the Proteox range, while helping to shape the next generation of products.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent industrial experience in Physics, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Experience working with complex technical products within a physics, engineering, or scientific instrumentation environment.
- Knowledge of quantum technologies or a closely related field.
- Experience within the physics research community and an appreciation of the commercial landscape surrounding advanced scientific equipment.
- Proven ability to develop customer-focused value propositions and support product growth strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build productive relationships across technical, commercial, academic, and industrial communities.
- Experience working with high-value capital equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer requirements.
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and innovation.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Product management qualifications or formal training.
- Understanding of low-temperature physics, cryogenic measurement techniques, superconducting magnets, or related scientific instrumentation.
- Experience supporting business development activities, collaborative research programmes, or commercial R&D projects.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing processes within scientific or high-technology markets.
- Experience developing product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Advanced presentation and visual communication skills, including proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
