About Us

Unstoppable starts with people. The future of payments is being built today, and at Paymentology, we are looking for people who want to help shape it. We power card issuing for leading banks, fintechs and digital brands across the globe, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for curious, ambitious people who thrive on solving complex challenges, embrace innovation and want to make a tangible impact at global scale.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to act as the link between product vision and execution, ensuring that our International Money Movement product aligns with market demands, design standards, and governance protocols. This role is key to shaping product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the product roadmap alongside engineering to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to build and launch a new International Money Movement product from the ground up. You will be instrumental in taking the product from early execution through commercialisation and long-term scale. The team operates in a high-autonomy, AI-first environment, and you will have significant ownership and influence on the product’s direction.

If you have experience in product management, international payments, and delivering 0→1 products in fast-paced, resource-lean environments, this is your chance to make a global impact.

What You Get to Do

Planning & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning in international payments and remittance.
  • Analyse data to inform product decisions, features, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, including features, milestones, and timelines for an AI-enabled, commercially oriented product.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with client-facing teams, engineering, sales, compliance, legal, fraud, and commercial teams to drive product development.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support across all phases of the product lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
