Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI-powered {Product Name} platform. Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll play a key role in turning strategy into action owing product features from concept to delivery and ensuring they deliver measurable value to our customers.

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and customer teams to build intuitive, impactful solutions that solve real-world problems for restaurant and hospitality operators. This is a great opportunity for a product thinker who thrives on customer empathy, collaborative delivery, and making a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Collaborate with the Director of Product to translate the product vision and strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps.
  • Own the delivery of key initiatives and feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback, data insights, and commercial value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support cross-functional alignment by clearly communicating priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Engage regularly with customers, users, and internal teams to deeply understand pain points, workflows, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support competitive and market analysis to inform product decisions and maintain differentiation.

Product Development Support

  • Take ownership of day-to-day product development activities, including refinement sessions, sprint planning, and OAT.
  • Ensure new features are clearly documented, tested, and meet acceptance criteria before release.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
