Product Manager

An established, fast-growing fintech is building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of crypto and fintech businesses, and is looking for a Product Manager to help take it to full scale.

The business serves both consumers and businesses. This role sits within its B2B platform: one API that gives partners access to custody and wallets, IBAN accounts, trade execution and crypto-fiat exchange, all under the company's own EU regulatory licences. The first module is live, and the rest are in delivery.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role working directly with senior stakeholders on product vision and architecture. You'll:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Take the platform to production: turn commercial goals into API-level specifications and module roadmaps, and drive delivery to committed dates.
  • Shape the commercial model: run partner and market discovery and turn it into pricing, packaging and positioning.
  • Design within regulation: treat MiCA, PSD2 and EMI frameworks as design constraints, so every capability launches compliant across API and portal surfaces.

You'll bring:

  • Strong experience in product management in fintech, payments or crypto infrastructure, including a B2B API product taken to production
  • Experience building provider-side infrastructure (not only integrating it), ideally across custody or wallets, virtual accounts and IBANs, ledger and balances, or trade execution
  • Strong ledger literacy: double-entry, reconciliation, client fund segregation
  • Hands-on crypto experience: custody, on-chain settlement or stablecoins
  • Structured thinking under ambiguity, and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
