Product Manager
Location: London or Paris (hybrid)
Experience: 2–4 years
Reporting to: Product Director
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for Learn, one of YOOBIC’s core product pillars.
YOOBIC is the frontline employee experience platform. More than 350 global brands across retail, hospitality and manufacturing use YOOBIC to give their frontline teams a single mobile app for everything they need to perform: their day-to-day tasks and workflows through Work, their training and development through Learn, and their internal communications through Communicate.
We build for people who don’t sit at a desk — including store associates, restaurant teams and field staff — and we obsess over making their working day simpler, faster and more engaging.
YOOBIC Learn is how hundreds of thousands of frontline employees are onboarded, upskilled and certified. It brings together mobile-first microlearning, gamification, role-based learning paths, AI-assisted course creation and adaptive quizzes. Our customers use it to reduce onboarding time, improve product knowledge on the shop floor and turn training into measurable business performance.
As Product Manager for Learn, you’ll decide what we build, what we deliberately don’t build and why. You’ll take that thinking all the way through to shipped, adopted and measurable outcomes, working with the Product Director as your strategic partner.
You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Pre-sales, Implementation, Customer Success and Support to align product initiatives with our wider business objectives. You’ll also be a visible driver of innovation across the product portfolio.
AI creates significant opportunities for Learn — from richer ways to create and adapt content to personalised learning and a clearer understanding of how training changes performance on the frontline. Much of that opportunity is still ahead of us, and this role exists to help us realise it.
What You’ll Own
Product Strategy & Roadmap
You’ll own the direction of Learn, deciding where the product is going, what we build and what we deliberately choose not to pursue.
You will:
- Develop a clear point of view on frontline learning, informed by customer conversations, product usage data and insights from our customer-facing teams.
- Own and prioritise the Learn roadmap in partnership with the Product Director.
- Make clear, evidence-based decisions about product priorities and trade-offs.
- Define the customer and commercial value of product initiatives before committing resources to them.
- Build a roadmap that you can confidently explain and defend to customers, internal teams and the executive leadership team.
- Connect the Learn strategy to YOOBIC’s wider product and business objectives.
Product Discovery & Validation
You’ll turn customer problems and ambiguous ideas into clear, testable product opportunities.
You will:
- Speak regularly with customers and frontline users to understand their needs, behaviours and challenges.
- Combine qualitative customer insight with product usage data and commercial feedback.
- Distinguish between isolated customer requests and broader market patterns.
- Define the user, the problem they’re trying to solve and why the current experience is failing them before proposing a solution.
- Create clickable prototypes, realistic mock data and working concepts to make ideas tangible before Engineering commits significant time.
- Use early testing and feedback to validate assumptions, refine scope or stop work that won’t create sufficient value.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Product Delivery
You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering and QA to turn validated opportunities into high-quality product experiences.
You will:
- Translate product opportunities into clear requirements and outcomes that teams can build against.
- Write your own product specifications and create prototypes where written documentation alone isn’t enough.
- Work alongside Design, Engineering and QA throughout delivery.
- Keep scope focused and ensure the team remains aligned on the problem being solved.
- Unblock decisions quickly and manage trade-offs as new information emerges.
- Stay close enough to delivery to identify and resolve problems while they’re still inexpensive to fix.
- Use the product regularly, test what is being built and maintain a detailed understanding of the customer experience.
AI Product Development
You’ll help shape how AI is used within Learn, ensuring we create features that offer genuine customer value rather than novelty.
You will:
- Help define and deliver AI-powered capabilities across areas such as course generation, adaptive assessment, personalisation and translation.
- Maintain a practical understanding of what current AI models can and cannot do reliably.
- Design AI experiences with model limitations and potential failure modes in mind.
- Distinguish between compelling demonstrations and capabilities that will deliver sustainable value in production.
- Prototype AI-powered concepts before committing significant Engineering resources.
- Ensure AI features are usable, trustworthy and aligned with real customer needs.
- Stay informed about developments in AI and assess how they could improve Learn and the wider YOOBIC platform.
Launch, Adoption & Performance
You’ll remain accountable after a feature ships, ensuring releases are understood, adopted and delivering measurable results.
You will:
- Partner with Product Marketing, Enablement and Support to ensure releases land effectively.
- Help create clear positioning that explains the value of new capabilities in language customers understand.
- Maintain strong product documentation and knowledge resources so colleagues can confidently sell, implement and support what we build.
- Define success measures and monitor adoption and performance after launch.
- Work directly with product data to understand whether a release achieved its intended outcomes.
- Use evidence to refine features, change direction or challenge your original assumptions.
- Become the internal subject-matter expert for Learn and the person colleagues turn to when questions about the pillar become complex.
AI-Enabled Product Management
AI isn’t a side project at YOOBIC. It is part of the product our customers use and an important part of how our Product team works.
You will:
- Use AI as a core part of your day-to-day approach to research, drafting, analysis and prototyping.
- Prototype before you specify, analyse before you ask and draft before you delegate.
- Use AI-assisted prototyping, no-code tools or light coding to make ideas tangible without waiting for an Engineering slot.
- Work directly with data, using AI assistance to query, clean, explore and visualise it.
- Use AI to remove unnecessary dependencies while maintaining sound judgement, accuracy and appropriate oversight.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 2–4 years’ experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS business.
- Experience owning a product area or feature end to end, from initial customer discovery through to launch, adoption and performance measurement.
- A strong product mindset, with the ability to begin with the user problem rather than a predefined feature.
- The ability to define who the user is, what they’re trying to achieve and why the current experience isn’t working.
- A value-led approach to prioritisation, with the confidence to explain why something is worth building and to stop or reduce the scope of work that won’t create sufficient value.
- A hands-on working style, including writing specifications, building prototypes, testing product experiences and analysing product data.
- Experience making ideas tangible through clickable prototypes, no-code tools, light coding or other rapid prototyping methods.
- Experience speaking directly with users and combining qualitative feedback with quantitative product data.
- The ability to distinguish between individual customer requests and meaningful, recurring patterns.
- An understanding of how product positioning affects the way a capability is understood, sold and adopted.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with Engineering, Design and customer-facing teams.
- Daily, practical use of AI tools for activities such as research, drafting, analysis and prototyping.
- The ability to build a working prototype independently using AI-assisted tools, no-code platforms or light coding.
- Confidence working directly with data, including querying, cleaning, exploring and visualising it with AI assistance.
- A practical understanding of what large language models can and cannot do reliably.
- Strong curiosity, sound judgement and a willingness to change direction when evidence challenges an existing plan.

Nice to Have
- A technical or analytical educational background, such as Computer Science, Engineering or Economics.
- Experience working in EdTech, learning and development, or learning and training products.
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features into production.
- Experience within retail, hospitality or another frontline-heavy industry.
- French-language skills.
What We Care About
- You start with the problem.
- You understand the user, what they’re trying to achieve and why the current experience is failing before you begin designing a solution.
- You think in value, not output.
- You focus on what will change for the customer and the business, rather than measuring success by the number of features shipped.
- You make things tangible.
- You would rather test a rough prototype than debate an abstract document. You create something people can react to early in the process.
- You stay close to users.
- You speak with customers regularly and compare what they tell you with what the data shows.
- You get into the detail.
- You use the product, write your own specifications, build prototypes, test upcoming releases and work directly with product data.
- You use AI practically.
- AI has meaningfully changed how you work. You use it to research, analyse, draft and build while applying sound judgement to its limitations.
- You care about adoption.
- A feature isn’t finished when it ships. You make sure it can be clearly explained, successfully launched and meaningfully adopted.
- You’re curious by default.
- You experiment, explore ideas outside your immediate domain and develop an informed point of view. You would rather learn something uncomfortable from the evidence than defend an outdated plan.
- You take ownership.
- You’re comfortable working through ambiguity, making decisions and remaining accountable for measurable outcomes.
