Product Manager – Risk & Compliance

I’m working with a leading professional services organisation that’s looking for a Product Manager – Risk & Compliance to join its Technology team.

The role centres on Intapp, supporting the ongoing development of the Risk & Compliance product area and a significant upcoming Intapp Cloud / SaaS transition. You’ll shape product priorities, work closely with business and technology stakeholders, and ensure the platform continues to meet business needs while supporting its modernisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Product Management & Roadmap:

  • Manage the day-to-day product area, contributing to the product roadmap, objectives and priorities.
  • Translate business needs and user pain points into product requirements, enhancements and measurable outcomes.
  • Balance business value, operational needs, user impact and platform constraints.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, user journeys and system performance.

Intapp & Risk Technology:

  • Support the Intapp Cloud / SaaS transition, contributing to product decisions across planning, design, testing and implementation.
  • Assess existing processes, configuration and workflows, understanding the impact of proposed changes.
  • Work alongside the Project Manager and Product Owner to align product priorities with delivery plans and business requirements.
  • Support improvements across Intapp and connected Risk & Compliance processes, integrations and user journeys.
  • Ensure changes support long-term platform sustainability and business needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
