The Opportunity
Klario is our newest product: an AI-powered, cloud-based intelligent change management platform, made generally available in 2026, and it sits at the centre of the company's growth strategy.
As an early-lifecycle product, its challenges are different from those of our established portfolio. The priority is finding and deepening product-market fit, not managing a mature installed base. Klario has grown to the point where one Product Manager can no longer cover it all, so this role adds a second Product Manager to the team. You will own a defined area of the product and its roadmap alongside the existing Product Manager, while sharing responsibility for the overall Klario direction.
Within your area, this is the full product management craft: leading intensive discovery with early customers and prospects, forming and testing hypotheses about where Klario creates the most value, shaping positioning and packaging alongside commercial teams, and converting what you learn into a fast-moving, evidence-led roadmap. It suits a product manager who is energised by ambiguity, comfortable making decisions at pace with incomplete information, and able to collaborate closely with a peer rather than needing sole ownership of a product.
In This Role You Will
- Own your area of the Klario roadmap: set the strategy and near-term priorities for a defined part of the product, and contribute to the overall Klario vision as one of two Product Managers on the platform.
- Partner with the existing Klario Product Manager: align on the shared roadmap, divide discovery and delivery focus sensibly, and present one coherent product direction to stakeholders and customers.
- Drive discovery and validation: engage early customers, prospects and design partners continuously, testing value, usability and willingness-to-pay hypotheses and iterating rapidly on the evidence.
- Shape positioning and packaging: work with Marketing and commercial teams on messaging, pricing hypotheses and the go-to-market motion for a new product.
- Track the market and ecosystem: stay ahead of developments in AI and the SAP ecosystem, including SAP Cloud ALM, that affect Klario's opportunity and differentiation.
- Instrument and learn: define success metrics, make sure the product is instrumented to measure them, and use usage data alongside qualitative insight to steer decisions.
- Feed the delivery engine: give the Klario Product Owner and Engineering clear problem statements, context and priorities, and stay close enough to make fast trade-off calls.
- Represent Klario internally and externally, from executive updates and customer sessions to analyst and event input as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Is This Opportunity For You?
- Demonstrable experience in product management for enterprise B2B software.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS products: cloud-delivered, subscription-based software, and the practices that come with it, such as continuous delivery, usage instrumentation and iterating on a live product.
- A strong grounding in modern product discovery: continuous customer interviewing, assumption mapping, hypothesis-driven experimentation, prototyping and rapid validation, with concrete examples of discovery changing what was built.
- Experience taking a new product or major new capability from early stage toward product-market fit (0 to 1 or early growth), not solely managing established products.
- Comfort with data-driven and AI-driven products, with the ability to reason about what AI capabilities make possible and communicate this credibly to customers.
- Analytical: fluent with product usage data and metrics to inform decisions.
- An excellent communicator, able to bring ambiguity into focus for executives, customers and engineers alike.
- Experience working effectively in a multi-Product-Manager team: comfortable owning a slice of a product, aligning on shared priorities and collaborating with peers.
Desirable
- SAP experience. Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem, for example change and transport management or S/4HANA programmes, would be a real advantage, as would exposure to DevOps and ITSM tooling or the utilities sector. Not essential, the domain can be learned.
