Enso Recruitment are proud to be partnering with one of NI’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies, who are continuing to build out their Product team and are now looking to bring an experienced Product Manager on board.
The Opportunity
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Product Manager who thrives in complex, data-driven B2B environments.
You'll join a team at a genuinely exciting stage of growth, working across a platform that uses advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to solve real-world challenges for enterprise clients.
It's a role with real scope. You will be working closely with customers, engineering, and data science teams with genuine room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery through regular, hands-on engagement with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure customer problems are clearly defined and well understood across the wider team
- Own and manage the product backlog for given modules, prioritising for maximum value delivery
- Appropriately challenge incoming requirements and change requests, refining them for clarity and consistency
- Support the development of business cases for new product modules
- Act as a key stakeholder in the pricing and commercial proposition of new features
- Work closely with marketing to ensure product value is communicated effectively to customers
- Embrace AI tooling to drive automation and efficiency across appropriate tasks

About You
- 5+ years' experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of taking products from initial concept through to production release and lifecycle management
- Experienced working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams
- Comfortable working directly with both technical teams and non-technical enterprise stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics, KPIs, and decision frameworks to prioritise based on feature impact
- Proven ability to conduct user research, analyse feedback, and translate market trends into clear product priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a good awareness of cyber security and information security requirements
- Degree level education in a relevant discipline
