Model ML Overview

Company Overview:

Model ML is the AI workflow builder transforming how major financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work. Model ML converts complex, manual processes into fully automated AI systems that scale across global teams. In under a year, Model ML has become one of the fastest growing enterprise AI platforms worldwide and recently closed a $75 million Series A, one of the largest fintech Series A rounds ever. The round was backed by FT Partners, Y Combinator, LocalGlobe, QED, 13books, and other top global investors, bringing total funding to $90 million.

About the role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to own some of the most important parts of Model ML. You will work end-to-end: from customer discovery and problem framing, through scoping and design, to launch, iteration, and long-term impact measurement.

This is not a ticket-taking role. You will be expected to deeply understand how bankers, investors, and consultants actually work, then translate that into opinionated product bets. You will work closely with founders, designers, engineers, and customers to ship fast, learn from real usage, and continuously raise the bar on quality and reliability.

The ideal person is comfortable operating with high autonomy, has shipped meaningful product in fast-moving environments, and can engage technically with engineers on architecture trade-offs, data constraints, and AI behavior.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

  • Own a core area of the product end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through to launch, adoption, and iteration
  • Spend meaningful time with users to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and mental models
  • Translate messy customer feedback and internal ideas into clear problem statements, sharp PRDs, and simple, opinionated product bets
  • Rapidly prototype solutions using tools like v0, Figma Make, and other no-code/low-code platforms to test ideas before engineering investment
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship high-quality features quickly, then refine based on real usage
  • Define success metrics, set up lightweight experiments (A/B tests, flags, UX iterations), and use data to drive decisions
  • Work with founders to shape roadmap priorities and communicate trade-offs clearly to the team
  • Help debug product issues and quality problems across the stack (workflow design, UX, AI behavior, data quality) even if you are not the one writing the code
  • Create crisp written artefacts (docs, specs, release notes) that keep everyone aligned and moving fast
