Location: London (Hammersmith) or Altrincham
Hybrid: 3 days in the office
For this particular role, we will only consider applications from candidates who have experience delivering and developing customer-facing digital products or propositions within sectors such as travel, loyalty, e-commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions, fintech, consumer technology, digital services or other fast-paced commercial environments.

As we continue to expand beyond the airport journey, we're looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Lifestyle proposition.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape emerging product areas including eSIM, health & wellness, sports, offers, attractions and experiences, helping create products and services that drive customer engagement, loyalty and long-term business growth.
You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Partnerships and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, launch new propositions and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers, partners and the business.
The Opportunity
As Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap, development and performance of Dragonpass' Lifestyle product portfolio, helping to shape the future of our lifestyle ecosystem.
You'll combine customer insight, market analysis, product discovery and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, validate ideas and bring new propositions to market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating new products, solving customer problems and driving measurable growth through innovation and experimentation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver the product roadmap for Dragonpass' Lifestyle benefits portfolio
- Lead product discovery activities through customer research, behavioural analytics and market analysis
- Identify and evaluate new proposition opportunities that support customer engagement and business growth
- Use customer insight and data to prioritise product improvements and new initiatives
- Partner with Engineering, Design and QA teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, translating customer and business requirements into actionable product solutions
- Define measurable outcomes and use experimentation to validate product decisions
- Drive awareness, utilisation and adoption of Lifestyle propositions across Dragonpass channels
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Partnerships teams to support go-to-market activities and customer engagement initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new partner opportunities that strengthen Dragonpass' Lifestyle ecosystem
- Build business cases and recommendations to support investment and growth opportunities
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Product Manager role delivering customer-facing digital products, services or propositions
- Experience working within agile product development environments alongside Engineering, Design and Delivery teams
- Strong product discovery skills including customer research, problem validation and opportunity assessment
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform prioritisation and product decisions
- Experience defining and managing product backlogs and translating requirements into product delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of how product decisions contribute to customer, revenue and business outcomes
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and business functions to drive successful product outcomes
- Experience within travel, loyalty, e-commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions, fintech, consumer technology or digital services businesses would be particularly advantageous.
