We are looking for a Product Manager, Linings and Pipe Coatings

To play a key role in developing and driving our global Linings and Pipe Coatings product portfolio while supporting the overall segment strategy. In this exciting position, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, positioning, promotions, lifecycle management, and demand planning initiatives that help drive sustainable business growth.

This hybrid work model offers an exciting opportunity

To work closely with the Segment Manager while collaborating with a diverse network of global stakeholders, including Sustainability, R&D, Subject Matter Experts, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, Service, and Finance teams.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead product launches and positioning initiatives, including internal and external promotional activities.
  • Develop aligned market, product, and use-area strategies, as well as product roadmaps.
  • Define and maintain effective solution support packages, including testing, approvals, and application.
  • Understand customer needs within the segment and translate them into compelling value propositions.
  • Drive the development of competitive, fit-for-purpose product offerings that meet market demands and industry requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that support business objectives and customer success.

Here’s what it takes to become our next team member

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the chemical industry within an international organization.
  • A degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading projects involving product optimization, product launches, and/or product development.
  • Experience working on global-scale projects, which will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Ideally, experience within the coatings industry, particularly in tank linings and/or pipe coatings (internal and external, including gas flow coatings).
  • A strong understanding of customer needs within the storage tank and pipeline industries.
  • The ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages will be considered an asset.

You are an excellent communicator with strong English proficiency and a solution-oriented mindset, combined with a genuine passion for sustainability. You bring strong analytical capabilities and a commercial mindset, enabling you to identify, develop, and successfully execute new business opportunities.
