London | 4 days per week onsite
Circa £85,000 + Benefits
Want to be the first Product Manager in a well funded tech start-up building something genuinely different for an industry crying out for better technology?
Global logistics still relies heavily on emails, spreadsheets, phone calls and disconnected systems. This company is building a data and AI platform and adaptive infrastructure that brings everything together, giving logistics businesses a live, trusted view of vessels, cargo, schedules and operations.
The platform is already live with its first customer, with a strong pipeline behind it. They are now hiring their first dedicated Product Manager to help decide what gets built next and turn real industry problems into products customers want to use.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll work directly with customers, engineering and the leadership team, owning the product roadmap and taking ideas from initial conversations through to launch.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning and prioritising the product roadmap and backlog
- Speaking with customers and operators to understand how they work and where technology can make a difference
- Turning customer problems into clear requirements, user stories and product priorities
- Working closely with engineering and UI/UX from initial idea through to release
- Running customer workshops, demos, POCs and UAT, while helping shape pricing and product launches
You'll need experience as a Product Manager within technical B2B software or SaaS, with examples of taking products or features from an initial problem through to something customers are actually using.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You'll be commercially minded, comfortable speaking directly with customers and technically fluent enough to work with engineers around APIs, data and system architecture.
Experience within logistics, supply chain, freight, maritime or operations technology would be a big advantage, although isn't essential. Early stage, data-heavy or AI product experience would also be valuable.
This is genuine product ownership in a small, ambitious technology business. You'll join early enough to shape what gets built, how customers use it and how the product function develops as the company scales.
