🌟 About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the transformation of our Loyalty & Benefits platform. You’ll work closely with Business, Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, managing the product backlog, defining user stories, aligning priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

- 📍 Location: Burgess Hill, UK – 3 Days/Week Onsite
- 💼 Employment Type: Permanent
- 🏢 Work Model: Hybrid
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Own, build, and continuously prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Engineering and Business teams.
- Translate product features and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Partner closely with Architects, Product Owners, Business teams, and other stakeholders to understand current and future requirements.
- Define product vision, expected outcomes, and MVPs, aligning initiatives with key business metrics.
- Actively participate in and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and practices.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and clarification to development teams throughout delivery.
- Ensure the backlog consistently contains well-refined, prioritized, and valuable work.
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into product priorities.
- Facilitate communication and build consensus across multiple teams.
- Collaborate on release planning and establish clear delivery expectations.
- Identify and help remove impediments that could impact Sprint and Release goals.
- Work with execution teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Promote a strong culture of Agility, collaboration, and product ownership.
- Stay current with Agile/Scrum best practices, tools, and emerging trends.
