At ID Travel Group, travel is our obsession and service is our passion. We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded professional to join our entrepreneurial team and help shape exceptional travel experiences.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will have experience to grow our global luxury travel portfolio, expanding our supplier partnerships. In this role, you will excel at building strategic relationships through established and new contacts, negotiating exclusive opportunities, and developing distinctive travel programs for discerning travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Research, evaluate, and source luxury hotel, resort, and destination partnerships to maintain and expand our portfolio.
  • Partnership Management: Act as the primary liaison for premier luxury hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), and tourism organizations.
  • Contracting & Pricing: Review and evaluate supplier contracts for commercial viability, manage pricing strategies, and secure exclusive promotional offers.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor global industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury markets to recommend revenue-driving program enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with our Sales and Marketing teams to design promotional campaigns, support product launches, and provide in-house product expertise.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, wholesale travel, tourism, or a related sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of premium leisure travel markets, hotel networks, and destinations.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills, using Microsoft products, AI tools, and proprietary software.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp organizational skills with a strong eye for operational accuracy and commercial viability.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally to inspect destinations and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Network: Already established, active relationships with key players within the luxury hospitality and travel markets.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish a plus.
