The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Manager to support the execution of our Index and Intelligence product roadmap. Reporting into a Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of product initiatives, from writing clear specs and acceptance criteria through to QA and monitoring how features perform after launch. You'll work closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data, Index, Intelligence and Design, and with our client-facing teams, and you'll be the person making sure that what we build is well-scoped, properly tested, and grounded in what our clients are actually telling us.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery & Execution
Support the timeline and project management of Index and Intelligence product launches, coordinating across Marketing, Engineering, Data, Index, Intelligence and Design to keep delivery on track. Flag risks and dependencies early, and keep the Senior Product Manager and wider team updated on progress.
  • Specs, QA & Release Quality
Write detailed specs and acceptance criteria from a Senior Product Manager's direction, translating strategic decisions into requirements the team can build against. Own QA ahead of releases, testing against acceptance criteria and catching issues before they reach clients. Manage and quality check the data files made available on the Member Hub at each Index launch, ensuring accuracy before they go live.
  • Client Feedback, Metrics & Market Insight
Triage inbound feedback from Client Delivery and Business Development into bugs, feature requests and training issues, turning it into clear, structured input for the roadmap. Monitor basic product metrics, such as feature adoption and monthly active users, and flag meaningful changes worth investigating. Carry out light competitive and market scanning to feed the team's research, surfacing what's relevant to explore for our roadmap.

Core Skills

  • Execution & Organisation: A track record of managing multiple moving parts and deadlines without losing sight of detail.
  • Structured Thinking: Comfortable turning a senior PM's direction into clear, specific requirements that engineering and design can build against.
  • Attention to detail: A meticulous eye, comfortable being the last check before something reaches a client.
  • Clear Communication: Able to adapt communication styles for technical and non-technical departments at all levels.
  • High-impact collaboration: Proactive about chasing dependencies and closing loops across teams, so nothing stalls waiting on someone else's input.
  • Curiosity & Ownership: Proactive about spotting issues and asking the right questions, and confident taking ownership of a task once pointed in the right direction.
