Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Architecture is still being set, and everything has to plug into existing bank processes and systems.

What you'll own

  • The agentic use-case portfolio.
  • The value case for each: outcome, baseline, measure, cost to get there.
  • What the agent is allowed to decide, and what stays human agreed with risk and compliance.
  • Adoption inside the operating process, and the benefit measured after release.
  • The stakeholder narrative on where the capability is going.

What we're looking for

  • Product management of technical products data, platform, automation, decisioning, or AI in a large enterprise, consultancy, or regulated environment.
  • A business case you personally owned end to end, including the measurement after release.
  • Products whose output was probabilistic rather than deterministic, evidenced to a risk or control function.
  • Financial services, or another sector where a control function can stop a release.
  • Comfortable sequencing when dependencies are still forming.
  • Desirable: GenAI, agentic workflows, LLM evaluation, or knowledge-graph products.
  • UK-based with the right to work in the UK.
