We Are Rosemont

For over 50 years, Rosemont Pharmaceuticals has been a trusted name in the development and manufacture of oral liquid medicines. With a portfolio of over 130 products - including 70 licensed medicines - we’re proud to support healthcare professionals and patients, especially those with swallowing difficulties.

Our purpose is clear: to improve patient outcomes through innovation in liquid formulations. We’re highly respected across the pharmaceutical industry and have played a key role in establishing best practices for dysphagia care.

Our mission is to create a globally connected, people-focused organisation where every individual is empowered to thrive and achieve their best. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact to patients across the world and want to be part of a company with a strong heritage and ambitious vision, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Product Manager – Marketing, you will take ownership of a portfolio of prescription liquid medicines, primarily within the CNS therapy area, managing the full product lifecycle from pre-launch through to post-launch. You will be the product champion, driving commercial launch excellence and ensuring marketing strategies deliver strong sales and profit performance.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Regulatory, PVG, Medical, Business Development and external agencies to bring impactful, compliant and insight-led marketing campaigns to life.

The successful applicant can be based anywhere in the UK, but will occasionally be required to attend meetings in our Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, delivering excellence across pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities
  • Develop, implement and monitor product marketing plans, setting and tracking sales and marketing KPIs
  • Deliver successful product launches using structured planning tools and performance dashboards
  • Drive portfolio growth through effective management of the full marketing mix, including campaigns, materials, digital, events and media
  • Create compelling product value propositions and budget impact models to support market access and formulary uptake
  • Manage product and therapy-area content across Rosemont’s digital platforms, ensuring compliance and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to provide training, materials and ongoing marketing support
  • Engage senior internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, insight-sharing and buy-in
  • Manage external agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant creative, media and PR outputs
  • Ensure all materials meet ABPI, GDPR and internal compliance standards
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, NHS trends and competitive activity
  • Support quality objectives and uphold Rosemont’s Quality Management System

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
