Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.
What Your Background Should Look Like
- 4-year technical or business degree required
- Advanced degree (MBA) experience preferred

Experience
- 4+ years of experience in business, sales, finance, or engineering
- Relevant product or industry experience desired (fiber optics industry) including understanding the landscape of the surrounding product
- Understand the competitors, an overview of the competitor offerings, and the ability to interface with engineering and sales teams to provide cross-reference information and tools for significant growth
- Business acumen and ability to create strong relationships in complex matrix environments, with a positive attitude and ability to manage complex indirect teams.
- Technical aptitude, ability to understand the complexity of the RFO offering.
- Strong organizational skills, and a strong sense of personal commitment to growth/business success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Result-oriented way of working
