Our Mobile & Hardware team supports over 1,500 partners across the UK with market-leading mobile, network billed and Cellular IoT propositions, backed by a comprehensive device portfolio.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Mobile Product team and play a key role in developing, managing and evolving our mobile solutions portfolio.

As Product Manager

  • You'll take ownership of products and propositions within our Mobile Solutions portfolio, ensuring they remain competitive, relevant and commercially successful throughout their lifecycle.
  • You'll work closely with sales, marketing, commercial, operations and vendor partners to identify opportunities, launch new capabilities and drive growth across the portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and developing products throughout their lifecycle, from introduction through to optimisation.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer demand to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Supporting the creation and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Building business cases to support investment decisions and measure product success.
  • Leading cross-functional launches of new products, services and capabilities.
  • Working alongside commercial and finance teams to develop pricing strategies.
  • Building strong relationships with vendors and supporting ongoing vendor management activities.
  • Acting as a product ambassador, delivering presentations, training and enablement sessions to internal teams and partners.
  • Creating engaging product content, collateral and support materials.
  • Using insight and performance data to drive continuous improvement across the product portfolio.

Your Experience

  • Experience within the mobile telecommunications, connectivity or communications sector.
  • Strong understanding of Mobile Airtime, Cellular IoT and the value these technologies deliver to businesses.
  • Experience managing products throughout their lifecycle, from concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, develop value propositions and contribute to pricing strategies.
  • Experience working with vendors, partners or suppliers and building effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Understanding of project management principles and cross-functional product delivery.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with a desire to drive continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of UK mobile numbering and calling regulations would be highly advantageous.
