Product Manager for Hospitality SaaS Start-Up

We're looking for a high performing up and coming Product Manager for a growing SaaS hospitality SaaS start-up. The platform helps teams handle bookings, payments and the operational work behind a great guest experience whilst also driving revenue growth and business efficiency.

After a successful $30M Series A, they're accelerating expansion. They've processed over $1bn in transactions, operate in 40+ countries worldwide and scaling aggressively in the US.

What you’ll be doing

  • Talking to users and working with Customer Success, Support and Sales to understand where the product can help most.
  • Using customer feedback and data to decide what’s worth building and why.
  • Working with engineering and design to take ideas from a messy problem through to an impactful release.
  • Helping shape the product roadmap and explaining the thinking behind your priorities.
  • Improving product processes, identifying and removing inefficiencies.

Who we're looking for

  • 2–3 years product management experience at a SaaS startup.
  • Ideal candidate will be more commercially minded than technical.
  • Ideal industry experience: hospitality, wellness, fitness, memberships.
  • You’ve worked closely with engineers and designers, shipped product with demonstrable impact.
  • External customer-facing experience, excellent product discovery and user research skills.
  • Strong execution skills, you know how to run a highly efficient cross-functional team.
  • Lead with empathy and highly collaborative.
