Introduction into the role

As a Product Manager, you will shape and deliver digital products that create measurable value for our clients and their customers. You will lead from opportunity and discovery through launch and in-market optimisation, ensuring investment choices deliver a clear return.

You will directly line manage Senior Product Owners and collaborate closely with Principal Product Managers, cross-functional leads (Engineering, Design, Data & AI), Project Managers, and senior client stakeholders.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change within a fast-growing company, helping shape Apadmi’s Product practice while leveraging emerging AI capabilities to enhance strategic decision-making.

What you'll be working on

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of complex client digital products.
  • Turn user research, market insights, and business goals into outcome-led roadmaps, ensuring that strategy aligns with commercial scope, delivery realities, and client targets.
  • Own and communicate product strategy grounded in user needs, business goals, and evidence.
  • Build commercial and investment narratives detailing expected value, costs, assumptions, and risks.
  • Lead discovery initiatives to reduce market, desirability, viability, feasibility, and usability risks.
  • Shape outcome-led roadmaps and guide Product Owners and teams in making strategic decisions.
  • Lead launch, adoption, and in-market optimisation in partnership with client and agency leads.
  • Use AI responsibly to improve research, scenario modeling, strategic options, and product economics.
  • Identify and evaluate AI-enabled product opportunities that generate customer and commercial value.
  • Line manage, coach, and support the career progression of Senior Product Owners.
  • Provide evidence-led advice to senior clients, managing difficult conversations to build alignment.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Commercial Leads to balance product outcomes with contractual commitments.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Experienced product leader with a strong track record in consultancy, agency, or client-facing environments.
  • Excel at translating data into strategic outcomes, managing senior stakeholders, and guiding cross-functional teams without becoming a bottleneck.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy from discovery through launch and optimisation.
  • Deep understanding of product economics, investment trade-offs, and ROI.
  • Hands-on experience leading discovery that materially shifts investment or product choices.
  • Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and lead constructive challenge in tough situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to line manage, coach, and develop senior product practitioners.
  • Strong track record launching digital products and driving growth using performance evidence.
  • Confidence using AI tools to enhance strategic analysis, workflows, and decision quality.
