National role working 4 days in your local office
We're building one of the UK's fastest-growing parcel locker networks and are looking for a Product Manager for our Out of Home Network to help shape its future.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team responsible for scaling our Out of Home network and creating the systems, processes and capabilities needed to support long-term growth. You'll play a key role in ensuring our locker estate remains reliable, efficient and ready to support increasing customer and carrier demand. If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, working across technology and operations, and thinking about how today's decisions support tomorrow's growth, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
As Product Manager for OOH Network Management, you'll be responsible for the tools, processes and infrastructure capabilities that keep our locker network running effectively. Working closely with Operations, Technology, Deployment, Maintenance and supplier partners, you'll help improve network performance while shaping the future roadmap for how the network scales.
This isn't a role focused purely on keeping today's network running. We're looking for someone who can think strategically about the future of the estate, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and help build solutions that are scalable, sustainable and capable of supporting significant future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap for network management capabilities, ensuring the network can scale efficiently as it grows.
- Lead the integration of new locker hardware, infrastructure components and supplier-delivered solutions.
- Own and prioritise a data-driven backlog focused on network reliability, availability and operational efficiency.
- Analyse operational and infrastructure data to identify trends, risks and long-term improvement opportunities.
- Work with suppliers, technology teams and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and improvements.
- Establish performance measures and continuous improvement processes that drive network resilience and growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
You're a curious and forward-thinking Product Manager who enjoys tackling real-world operational challenges. You can balance immediate business needs with long-term thinking and are motivated by building products, processes and capabilities that will stand the test of time.
You'll be comfortable working in an evolving environment where not every process is already defined, bringing a combination of analytical thinking, problem-solving and strong stakeholder management skills. Most importantly, you'll enjoy turning complex problems into practical, scalable solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or Business Analysis within a software, technology or operational environment.
- Strong backlog management, user story creation and Agile delivery experience.
- Experience using data and insight to prioritise activity and improve performance.
- Strong systems-thinking capability and the ability to design scalable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical, operational and supplier environments.
- Experience within logistics, infrastructure, retail operations, IoT or hardware-enabled products would be advantageous.
Role Impact
This role will help shape how our Out of Home network evolves over the coming years.
