The Role - Product Manager

A growing healthcare business is looking to appoint a Product Manager to take ownership of a product range, supporting its continued development and profitable growth. This is a varied, hands-on role combining product management, customer engagement, sales support, and new product development.

You will act as the product expert, providing technical support and training to sales and clinical teams, assisting with product demonstrations and conversions, and responding to product-related enquiries. You will also monitor competitor activity and market trends, support tenders, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to product launches and range extensions.

The role will suit someone who combines healthcare or medical device experience with strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Location

The candidate must be open to travel within the UK / Various locations. The role will be based from the head office at least once a month, alongside field-based activity.

Requirements

  • Medical device or healthcare experience
  • Experience in product management, sales, sales training, or a customer/supplier-facing role
  • Strong understanding of the NHS and competitive healthcare market
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Clinical qualification such as Nursing would be advantageous
  • Product development or project management experience would be beneficial
