Product Manager – Software
Nottingham - £75k - Hybrid
Are you a Product Manager who has worked with both on-premise and cloud global software products? Have you managed a team, not just a product? Can you travel?
This isn't a maintenance Product Manager role. It's a genuine strategic opportunity to take ownership of an established product, push it into new international markets, and manage the team that builds it.
You'll have full day-to-day management of a product team, full ownership of the development roadmap, and real influence over where the product goes next, not just executing someone else's plan.
What you will be doing:
- Promoting the product internationally and building relationships with customers and software partners
- Analysing market trends and customer needs to shape the strategic roadmap
- Writing detailed specs as part of an agile development process, and managing the team delivering against them
- Getting involved in account management and training reviews when needed

- Genuinely global product experience
- Strong communication skills, equally comfortable in the boardroom and in a technical conversation
- Confidence travelling and working independently, including internationally

They've built and grown a specialist product that's used by businesses across the world, and rather than resting on that success, they're actively investing in where it goes next, including new products for the cloud.

Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office. £75k on offer for the right person. Accessible by public transport, but parking available.
