Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Market Planning
- In partnership with the Marketing Manager, contribute market insight to shape short- and long-term category strategy and brand vision, aligned to global priorities and the Zoetis planning framework.
- Lead the annual marketing planning workstream for the portfolio (objectives, segmentation/targeting, positioning, messaging, channel strategy, KPI framework, timelines, and A&P plan).
- Develop and maintain high-quality market understanding (customers, competition, pricing, seasonality, trends) using market data, customer visits, field feedback, research, and external sources; translate insight into recommendations and actions.

- Create promotional messaging and content that is clear, compliant, and easily translatable into the Solution Selling model for the field force.
- Plan and deliver omnichannel engagement (face-to-face enablement, email, web, e-commerce, CPD/education platforms, events, PR, and partnerships as appropriate).
- Define KPIs for campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion, sales outcomes), track performance, and optimize based on evidence and learning cycles.
Key Accounts & Strategic Partnerships
- Co-create commercial and marketing plans for priority accounts with the Key Account team; align activity to account plans and deliverables.
- Build credible, value-adding relationships with customer stakeholders (including practice groups) through regular visits and insight-led conversations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
