Product Manager – Payments

Winchester (or Worcester) – 2 days a week onsite

We're recruiting for an experienced Product Manager to join a growing technology business delivering digital products used by organisations across the UK.

This role will focus on payment capabilities, API integrations and customer payment journeys, helping shape the future direction of an established product portfolio.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative product function, you'll own a product area from discovery through to delivery, working closely with engineering and stakeholders to deliver valuable customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining product vision and road map
  • Leading customer and market discovery
  • Prioritising and managing the product backlog
  • Working closely with software engineering teams
  • Delivering API-driven product enhancements
  • Using customer insight and analytics to drive decisions
  • Supporting product launches and commercial initiatives
  • Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

About You

You'll ideally have experience in:

  • Product Management
  • Payments or payment technology
  • API-based products
  • Third-party integrations
  • Agile product development
  • Product discovery and customer research
  • Managing product road maps
  • Working with technical delivery teams
