Shape the Future of an Iconic Product Portfolio
Are you passionate about bringing great products to market and turning consumer insights into commercial success? Do you enjoy working across teams, analysing trends, and helping drive product innovation?
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing team and play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our product portfolio. Working closely with the Category Manager, you will help deliver profitable growth through effective product lifecycle management, market analysis, product development, and successful product launches.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Product Management, Category Management, or Marketing who is looking to further develop their career within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As Product Manager, you'll support the development and execution of category strategies while ensuring products continue to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support category growth through market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Assist with product lifecycle management, including new product launches, range reviews, and product discontinuations.
- Help develop innovative product concepts by turning consumer insights into commercial opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market activities and product launches.
- Conduct pricing, performance, and commercial analysis to help optimise category profitability.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure effective communication and delivery of category objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years' experience in Product Management, Category Management, or Marketing.
- Experience supporting product launches, managing product data, and conducting market analysis.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (such as SAP).
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools would be an advantage.
- Relevant qualification or equivalent commercial experience.
